Celebrating our October Anniversaries

This month, we at Angelle Materials are celebrating two employees who have October anniversaries.

• Markel is celebrating his one-year anniversary at Angelle Materials. As part of Quality Control, Markel ensures all materials and the final product meet high-level quality standards. His best achievement at Angelle is providing information to customers about Angelle’s products. While he enjoys his line of work, he credits Angelle for equipping him with resources to advance and sharpen his skills in the concrete industry. Markel graduated from Northside High School. When he is not working at Angelle, he enjoys cooking and relaxing with his family. His favorite place to visit is Florida.

• Fred is celebrating his one-year anniversary at Angelle Materials. Fred, who served in the U.S. Navy for two years, is an SLM driver at Angelle, and during his time here, he has developed close friendships with his co-workers. Fred describes Angelle in three words: considerate, caring and good management. He is happy to work for a company that cares and respects their employees. When his wife sustained injuries from a fall, Angelle allowed Fred to take several months off to care for his wife, which meant a lot to him. When Fred is not driving a concrete truck, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 51 years, their two grown daughters and their six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. As a fun hobby, Fred loves going to car shows. His bucket list includes another trip to Hawaii.

While these individuals have been here for a year, they have made a profound and positive impact for our team, and we want to thank them for their time, enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to our company.
