Celebrating our May Anniversaries

This month, we at Angelle Materials are celebrating six of our employees who have May anniversaries. Our people are essential to our team and we want to thank each of them for the time and dedication they give to our company!

  • Brian is celebrating 14 years at Angelle Materials. Brian is the CEO of Angelle Materials and has lived in the Baton Rouge area for over 14 years. Brian grew up in Houston and attended Texas A&M University where he received a degree in accounting.  He moved to Baton Rouge in 2008 to join Angelle Materials as the CFO and became CEO in 2011.  In 2013, he led a group along with Allan Sanchez to purchase the company. Brian has worked hard to build a company focused on delivering positive customer experiences, and a culture focused on family values where all employees feel supported.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, Teran and his three children Tyler, Megan and Ryan.  His oldest son, Tyler will be attending LSU in the Fall and Megan will be a senior at Baton Rouge High and enjoys working with children through tutoring and babysitting. When he is not spending time at the baseball field with his son Ryan, Brian enjoys going fishing at his lake in Greensburg.

  • Coy is celebrating his second year at Angelle Materials and is part of the sales team. He really enjoys being able to meet and work with new people in his role. Coy graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University. Coy is married to Kristin and they have three boys, Tate who is 13, Tuck who is 8 and Pat who is 5. When Coy isn’t working he enjoys spending his time hunting and watching his boys play sports.

  • Joseph Carrier is celebrating his first anniversary with Angelle Materials. Joseph is a driver for Angelle and loves what he does.  He graduated from Church Point High and enjoys spending time cooking and hanging out with his family of six. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys spending his time at the horse barn.

  •  Charles Colbert is celebrating his first anniversary with Angelle Materials. Charles has several roles on the Angelle team including a batch man, driver and loader operator. What he loves most about Angelle is the work atmosphere and the people. Charles has three children including a son who is 15, an 11-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old little girl. When he does have free time, he loves spending that time hanging out at home.

  • Sherwine Cooper is celebrating her first year with Angelle Materials. Sherwine is a ready-mix driver for Angelle and was inspired by her father who is also a truck driver. As the oldest of three children, she is also a mother of 4 children and has three grandchildren who she loves visiting in North Carolina when she can get away. Sherwine has worked in the field for six years and believes Angelle is like no other ready-mix company and uses three words to describe Angelle, Family, Fun and Professionals. She appreciates how Angelle cares about their drivers and enjoys working at a company where everyone is so friendly and it feels like family. In her spare time, Shermine loves to cook and if she wasn’t in the ready-mix business she sees herself being a caterer.

  • Ronald Malbrough is celebrating his one-year anniversary at Angelle Materials. He is currently a ready-mix and end dump driver and the thing he loves most about working on the Angelle Materials team is how they treat him like family. He graduated from Cecilia Senior High School and in his spare time enjoys spending time with this family. One thing he looks forward to doing and something that is on his bucket list is learning how to swim.
